Why selling your art is the best thing you can do
by Nathon Hay Earning money has a bad reputation. We have been taught that being in business for a profit is inherently immoral, as though selling a product or service to someone automatically means ripping them off, scamming them or otherwise doing something bad. In fact, offering people what they want at a fair price is the cornerstone of the American way of life. I will introduce you to the concept of business as the primary means to helping other people, including helping yourself. |

Peripheral Drawing
by Isaac Davies This class will focus on expanding the artist's observational awareness by illustrating everything in his or her immediate environment. Life-like qualities and acute attention to perspective are not necessarily the aim of these exercises. The goal is to help artists identify with all objects around them by interpreting them in a complete way. Dimension, detail, and depth are the 3 main themes. The more aware we are of the outside world, the more capable we become of understanding the inside of our artistic minds. |
