Michael Anthony Lagocki I was born in Philadelphia, where I fell in love with making art at an early age. I was always drawing and seeking out sources to learn storytelling techniques from. I devoured movies, books, games, music, and especially comics. By the time I was a teenager, I was regularly freelancing in art, and making comics on the side with my friends.

I transplanted to Texas in my mid teens and eventually went to the University of North Texas where I graduated with degrees in Painting & Drawing and Creative Writing. These days, I live in Dallas, where I work as a professional artist, mostly with Leadership Network, and a select group of clients doing live cartooning (scribing), art direction, and illustrations for publication. My life is an attempt to be creatively magic, spiritually wise, and a good influence on the people I surround. I often fall short of these lofty goals, but I keep drawing.
